public speaking nervousness
Public is better to stop talking?

I have a terrible phobia of public speaking. This applies not only nervousness. My voice trembles, my knees trembled, my face turns red and can barely speak or look at my audience. Is this normal? I really need advice on how to overcome this phobia. my presentation for class tomorrow and I'm going mad. Gossip is very embarrassing, because we know that many of my classmates, so if they learn they fear of public speaking, to the pleasure mercilessly me or talk to your friends.

Firstly, I can assure you that you're not only nervous about it. When you stand in front of a group is no different than talking to someone. Choose someone in the audience (preferably pretty, but not enough to distract you) and talking (to his speech) to them, one by one. The next time you make a speech, try talking two instead of one person. Nevertheless, there is nothing to be nervous. Relax, take a deep breath and speech.
