public speaking tips

Top 4 Tips speaking of a psychotherapist
the fear of public speaking is considered the most common fear in the United States and Today Great Britain. Here are my tips for speaking success before others:
1. Do not look like a public speaker. Do you see yourself. And good enough.
There is nothing better than to speak to any audience to imagine that you are talking with a friend, someone who is their side. After all, we do all the time – without feeling nervous.
Seeing it as a mass public opposition or as a panel of judges not only unjust for everyone in the audience, is simply false.
You are here because the public wants to hear what they say. What they want really Fare thee well, and most are already on their side, even before speaking.
2. Need not be a speaker, a natural orator or a brilliant mind to do well.
Your audience does not expect absolute perfection. In fact errors, it is perfectly true, slippage or they do not cover all the points you had planned.
The fact is that if you do not have enough time to cover all low points, then most likely there were too many points provided. (See point number 3 below.)
The most essential and important to become a good speaker and the provision of good conversation is to give your audience something to take with them.
This could be a piece of information, idea or two, an idea reflect on them, or the prospect think differently.
3. You do NOT need a list of points to cover.
A model common, but easy to confuse the inexperienced speaker tries to cram in more different points. Despite what you may begin to believe, really less is more when it comes to talking and before a hearing.
In fact, the best speakers I heard were generally limited to only a few points. That's really all you need.
Pick two or three points and speak passionately about them.
For all means are the facts and key figures, but go easy on them. Nothing is guaranteed to bore an audience of more than a series of facts and statistics have been mentioned.
Few people remember these things, all the modes. But if you include too many, which can retain, that they are bored.
Their audience is a necessity. They should suggest that they have something to take with them that they had heard before. This could be an interesting perspective, or simply a feeling.
4. We shall not give receive.
When asked to speak to an audience because if someone thinks it has something to say and want share this thing with others.
He was invited to speak well your ego can be stroked, or becoming rich and famous, or their insecurities soothed.
Yes, these things can reach a certain degree, as a byproduct of his speech, but they are the reason which the public is there.
They are there to hear what they have to say. That's all.
Make sure that you are interested by yourself about what you say. This will give you energy and passion that can be readily transmitted others.
Your audience will be happy if you simply and passionately share their interest with him.
When, despite following these tips you're still struggling with her fear, she may be due to an experience or experiences that are "programmed" to feel anxious when speaking in front of others.
If such is the case and they are really willing to let go of that fear, then find a therapist with experience working with transformation you and a short period of time he or she will help you move forward and be truly convinced that he was born to be.
