Overcoming fear of public speaking?
I am a high school student who has an abnormal fear of public speaking and worsened with years. I can not do anything about it. I mean, I tried everything imaginable that in her underwear, looking at the back of the room and equipment fair does not work. I do not know what to do. A therapist is too expensive and would likely take some time. I was therefore looking for self-help CDs and books, but not I have no idea if it works or even if it is a joke. I can not take these drugs, So it does not. I am looking for any advice or assistance programs they actually work.
