IT'S TIME Public speaking competition and announce a public speaking contest in Washington DC for young IT'S TIME with partners Speech Contest to submit a $ 150 contest speech on the topic of Haiti. It is open to students 5 to 19 years of age. Competition will place 22 March 2010 6 to 8 h at the Woodridge Neighborhood Library (1801 Hamlin St. NE Washington DC 20018).
