How can I overcome my fear of public speaking?
I am 30 years old and I think women have delayed my career in terms of options and job performance. I do not give presentations, I feel uncomfprtable against nature. There is a golf weekend that I thought really push my limits?

When I am afraid of public speaking, I was shocked when I stumbled on a word or frozen for one second, until I saw other people talking! Everyone gets when a spectator and not even know, that person would notice if he made a mistake! For example oath of President Obama to the presidency, gets up at least 3 times, but nobody cared, laughing, or angry. This is the same for you.
