public speaking guidelines
address the issues of inspiration?

I have to deliver an inspirational speech to a class of public speaking … theme can be anything but to be "inspired" … speech is really just a BS, as everyone in the class, because everything is based on the delivery and content. Content should be appropriate. Thus, the guidelines are primarily to be a source of inspiration, can be controversial, and audience can be anyone. I have trouble thinking about a question, perhaps something like the gift of blood to the Red Cross or something, do not know. Ideas? I forgot to add … speech is only 2 minutes, so it is very short!

I'm sorry. I am in Toastmasters and the discourse that is how I do what I grew up and learned in Toastmasters. To inspire your audience, you may be in food and exercise and the benefits it has on your health. In addition, any thing that has changed your life better than you could share with his audience in their favor. This would be a source of inspiration. I wish you well in it.
