phobias public speaking
I have a phobia of public speaking, and tomorrow I have a presentation?

I am genuinely afraid of public speaking. My heart beats, I stutter, sudo, I just want to run, so tomorrow I have a presentation to 120 students, anyone have any advice on how I can calm down and do a good job?

I was so nervous a lot, too. I always thought that people made fun of me or I laugh at myself in front of everyone. But what I can do is treat the presentation as there is nobody in the room. It's just me talking to myself I have spoken aloud. Also, do not try to get rid of the thoughts of others, as people hear where people laugh at you. It is more difficult to confidence in public speaking when you have these thoughts running through your head when, in fact, most of these students is heard. Or even if not, they would quiet. The first step is to help you face your fears. Once you start talking, and I am sure you have a clear idea of what your presentation is, it would be easier. Think of it as something you have to get over with, and when they finished talking, you realize you've done they are afraid. Dialogue can help. He even said: "I can do that." He always says you can not. You are your own enemy, because you are your own assistant.
