overcome public speaking
How can I overcome my fear of public speaking?

Some years ago I attended a press of a few "sessions. I to give a speech at a school that was merged. 300 councilors, govornors, where journalists. I hated, and since they did. You have to point that can not read a paragraph 9 of the tail of 30 people. Help? lol thank you:)

Hello Princess, You should practice your speech several times before giving it. Even if you know your hardware very well, practice is very important. The more you lecture, more automatic it becomes the more meat you may have, and most of the confidence you have in your ability to give a speech. Use positive the problem with this method is that it seems to be a bad thing. If you look down at your hearing in May reflected in his speech. I prefer a more positive approach. You have to understand that the public tends to be on their side. They want to hear what they say and you see do well. Before to give his speech, which of them as nice people who want to hear. It's like talking with friends. The positive image should relax and put in a good frame of mind. The public also read body language and react accordingly. When presented to say, take three breaths to settle before leaving his chair. Then when you go to the forum, thank you to the person who introduced you, then count up 10 before starting to speak. This will allow the public to be installed and ready to listen. It is also a way you are demonstrating that they have control. Not easy to do because you have to turn to the public and panic can be resolved but if you've done all the preparations, you can be sure of themselves and deserve to be in control of the situation. It's a good feeling. If you must speak to groups school, at work or in some organizations, it is good practice speaking more often to hone their skills and reduce fears it could have. You can take classes in public speaking during the evening, join Toastmasters, or find other opportunities to speak to groups. Wish you good luck xoxo
