Does anyone here is afraid of public speaking … and managed by it?
I have social phobia …. so that adds to the tension a ton. I have a business class and I'm going to make an oral report … I wish there was some way I could get out of there …. but I can not): I can not even talk to someone who does not know and, without being nervous.
