body language public speaking

I have a phobia of speaking in front of poor people. I become white whenever I have to give a presentation.
I have a phobia speaking in front of people. I can be in black and start to forget the content that I will address an issue before the people. My presentation skills are pathetic. I feel people will have a good laugh after finishing my presentation. I am the fool in front of them while I present. Please someone suggest me something good to talk about classes in public, Mumbai, India, where people watch my body language and how my presentation how to pronounce the words well and if people can understand what I say to you to improve after a few sessions.
If this is a presentation in school at least half the audience did not pay attention. Believe me, it's the day dreaming or worrying about your own presentation. When you stand before the room to talk, however, is something real like entering contract. There are rules, just like when you meet someone, it is expected to shake hands and introduce yourself. When you stand before a room to speak, that's all what people expect of you. They expect simply to give the presentation. This is his first task and only. As regards the body language, if you do not know what to do, do nothing. Just stay away and point to what should be noted. I've never had a big problem in public speaking, because to be perfectly honest, I do not give a damn what most people think. When I arrived, it's my apartment and I am responsible. In the United States, a group called Toastmasters public speaking, which is aimed to bring people better public speaker. They may have a subsidiary in India.
